Neşe Altuncu, an experienced researcher, completed her secondment from ARGENIT to FBUB on topic of ‘Standardization and benchmarking’.
During her secondment period, Neşe focused on assisting with her expertise in isolation of rat astrocyte cultures, and she was trained in live-cell image analysis using the Visitron software, selecting region of interests (ROI) for each cell and assessing the average signal intensity over time.
She also participated in the Reaserchers’ Night manifestation.
